PostScript: When something is so obvious, it becomes comical. And in this case, the laugh is on QueenB VD. The above Dylan Westie tweet is a reply to the DMN reporter’s tweet concerning the big gala for the Entertainment Center this weekend. And as he noted, the queen will not be in attendance! One shouldn’t be surprised, since she has not favored the developer ARK…they were not her single source developer — like her Texas Stadium developer, OliverMcMillan — to do this project. To be "out of town" for something that has been on the docket for months, anticipated for years and coming to fruition this weekend only demonstrates the ‘smallness’ of the queen in matters that she is not invested in. (Reminds the CCR of a grade school bully who doesn’t like the rules and takes his football home.) The more we think about this slight by the queen, the more we have to believe she might have a well defined medical condition dealing with her personality. Or at least a terminal case of the ‘meme’ syndrome.
