QueenB VD of the House of NPD and Royal Court of WAB and Protectorate of Red Meat TEA-carnivores and WIMP Standard Bearer, has boarded her royal barge and set sail on her next self-aggrandizing voyage.
Yes, dear readers, the queen has launched her re-election campaign for mayor. Really? So soon? Hide the kids!
Even though QueenB VD has not officially announced her plans, the signs are all there. And if one doubts this, then consider her conduct and recent attempts at bullying and intimidating some council members — during and after current meetings.
(The political history of Irving has never witnessed a mayor, so self-absorbed, who acted in this manner. The verbal flare-ups are starting to occur as frequent as a current presidential candidate’s coughing spasms. And Donald Trump’s political temperament is akin to Mary Poppins’ when compared to QueenB VDs meme outbreaks. All this grandstanding and browbeating, of fellow council members, is part of her pandering mode for sycophant followers to enjoy. And certainly, to inflate her self-assurances.)
If she doesn’t spew caustic remarks to fellow council members during a meeting regarding issues at hand (Twin Wells golf course for just one example), then QueenB VD lapses into her old council-member mode of "voting no" on everything to demonstrate she thinks she is right even when the other seven vote to approve an item.
(This would be eight if Chief of Staff Pet Rock LaMorgese would ever see the light.)
What most of this boils down to will be the queen attempting to score potential political pandering-points and votes. She wants to fashion a new credibility make-over for all her previous conduct of making Irving the laughing stock of the nation due to her Red Meat TEA-carnivore speeches and prancing around spreading fact fabrications (actually, a polite way of saying lying).
Of course, QueenB VD would hope no one will recall how the DMN has characterized her as being aloof, haughty and dismissive.
And dear readers, nothing has changed in the six years she has postured this image on her self-imposed throne. In fact, with the upcoming re-election cycle, it appears as if her condition may have metastasized.
In other words, a few mane flips and photo ops, coupled with harsh verbiage (mostly off camera), causes a spewing of her self-interest which also accommodates her Sugar Daddy handlers. When this doesn’t seem to work, QueenB VD leaps to one of her many FaceBook pages or Twitter account to "set the record straight."
(Of course, the straight record resides only in her mind.)
If one considers you cannot believe everything you read (especially on the Internet) in the newspaper, then you should certainly not believe the rubbish QueenB VD posts on her social media accounts. And for those who would counter her position or state facts — not fact fabrications — on these venues…they are not allowed to post rebuttals.
You see, QueenB VD blocks right thinking and fact driven individuals as if she is fearful of what the truth would do to her self-fashioned image.
While still the mane-flipping darling of Red Meat TEA-carnivores, QueenB VD has even fooled Empower Texas which is an internet publication blog for uninformed sycophant-carnivore followers.
In a recent fluff piece in this publication (the CCR will not post the link to the article as too many dear readers might have violent gag reflexes) of "Penny Dreadful" materials, the article, regarding Irving’s Twin Wells golf course, appears as if the queen actually wrote the piece.
Ranting about the queen’s efforts to smash the multi-year project to restore the city’s golf course, the article fails to mention: more individuals would play golf, in Irving, on any given day than all those who attending the professional tennis matches sponsored by the city over the years.
Of course, QueenB VD and Chief of Staff Pet Rock LaMorgese didn’t mind having the city cough up the millions of dollars for those tennis events which had very sparse attendance.

Here’s one snippet of the tripe from the "Penny Dreadful" article.
"While both Mayor Beth Van Duyne and Councilman Brad LaMorgese have long criticized these types of wasteful projects, a majority of the council keeps raising taxes to fund them."
(Only the queen and her Pet Rock are concerned about cost and citizen needs in Irving? Seriously?)
May we be realistic here? The "Penny Dreadful" publication could give a flying flip about a golf course in Irving…unless this matter wasn't part of the agenda for Irving’s Red Meat TEA-carnivores leadership (QueenB VD, State Representatives Rodney "Bogus-gate Complaint" Anderson and Matt "Squeaky" Rinaldi) pushing, promoting and pimping their inane dogma to turn Irving into a ‘sanctuary city’ for TEA-party sycophants.
Dear readers still suffering from PADD (Political Attention Deficit Disorder) should also remember that this trio of misfits was totally responsible for creating all the havoc which ensued when the queen ‘toted their water’ for the State HB 562 by having the Irving City council vote on a senseless resolution of support.
(Point of Order: Irving was the only city in Texas which promulgated a council resolution in support of this obnoxious State HB 562 legislation.)
But then, most dear readers know and understand QueenB VD only plays the political game with her own kind. And this is why the good of the city doesn’t seem to be a concern if an issue doesn’t fit her self-indulgent interest.
TEA-party adoration, egotistical ambition, fact fabrications, personal gratification, photo ops, mane flipping, and self-aggrandizement will be the hallmark of QueenB VDs legacy as Irving mayor.
And with her re-election campaign already washing toxic waves of political pablum across ‘beautiful downtown Irving,’ isn’t it time for someone with real leadership skills to step forward and sink her royal barge which is probably financed and controlled by "Dark Money," Sugar Daddy handlers, cronies, single source developers and sycophant followers?
Staff of the CCR has requested that the city council post signs around Vilbig Lake and Lake Carolyn to alert citizens as to the hazards QueenB VDs re-election backwash will have on these placid waters.
And please remember! Do not drink the water Kool-Aid which QueenB VD will be flooding her social media sites with, or articles printed in "Penny Dreadful" publications. These postings, like the lake water, are completely toxic and could cause irreparable neurological disorders.
And doesn’t Irving already have one too many of those sufferers?
