THANK YOU! To all the followers of the CCRs blog, just a note to let you know that we appreciate your reading and responding to our posts.
Last month, there were twelve new post. Eleven of these were e-mailed directly to the readership list and one was posted directly to the site. The stats for visits to the blog for last month were 1,586. This figure coupled with the number of direct mailings to the readership base is beyond what we expected when we first started the CCR blog. Thanks, again.
Even though the majority of responses received have been extremely favorable to the blog, we would be remiss if we didn’t state the obvious. A couple folks out there really do need to increase their medication doses. Somehow, they forgot that these postings are opinions and satirical musings. If you cannot accept what we post on the blog, fine. Just start your own blog and develop a readership base to spout your opinions. That’s the American way and it demonstrates Freedom of Speech is alive and well...even for those who do not agree with you.
Help to continue to spread the word of the CCRs blog, and maybe we can return Irving to the days when citizens ran the city...not large campaign contributors or an administrative bureaucracy out of control.
