dwT #19: Go early! The July 4^th parade will have the city’s float leading the celebration with the Baldridge Trophy on a flatbed truck driven by the city manager. Candy, trinkets and higher water/sewer bills will be tossed to the unwashed masses.

(Backstory clue for the information impaired: Special float underwriting thanks to: Billy Bob/ex-mayor Gears/LCG, McDougalville properties and the broken backs of paper-whipped city staff.
