Before any city council member speaks in favor of approving the $1.3 million Dean International contract on October 27, 2011, they should first state:
- What trips and where they have traveled as related to Dean International undertakings.
- What actual, tangible and verifiable benefits were gained for the city of Irving from this travel.
- The cost of the travel and the source of the funding for the trips. (ie. city, chamber, Dean)
- How much has been contributed to their campaign funds by David Dean or his associates.
