Yes, dear readers, those sounds are Flying Harpies burning and crashing to earth while Crankies are grinding to a halt at the loss of mayoral candidate Penã, who is/was an avidly avowed acolyte of QueenB VD.
(Did you notice there was not a written or FaceBook endorsement of Penã by the, now, ex-mayor? Strange! Every election since becoming mayor, the queen injected herself, in one way or another, into the races to promote potential Pet Rocks.)
It will take several days for the city’s hazmat crew to clean and remove the stench and verbal trash, spewed by Flying Harpies and Crankies, from ‘beautiful downtown Irving’ now that the swamp has been drained of all the political detritus.
The toxic venom Flying Harpies and Crankies released over the city, during the election cycle, has to be the worst ever witnessed. No trick was too dirty. No campaign finance skullduggery was bypassed. And no ‘character’ was immune from social media assassination.
How was this loss by Flying Harpies and Crankies possible? What went wrong with their devious strategy of ‘masking’ and evading? Whose is to blame for them sponsoring an unqualified and inexperienced candidate? Is "the establishment" really 67.49% strong?
First, the election loss was possibly due to Flying Harpies and Crankies not having ample low information sycophants to spread the deceit, "mask" finances, or credentials due to the recognizable fact Penã was terribly unqualified to be mayor…on many fronts.
Here are just a few of the Flying Harpies and Crankies tools (tools…snicker) put in play during the campaign: "masking" campaign expenses for costly ad in The Rambler; block walkers spreading Torofeca on innocent voters; phony phone surveys designed to promote a false narrative; FaceBook postings promoting K-Y Jelly against their main opponent; fabricated facts in political ads, flyers and FaceBook postings; character assassination for those who disagreed or asked why Penã didn’t respond to relevant questions about her background and other fluffy notations on campaign mailings.
Yes, dear readers, this pretty well sums up the Flying Harpies and Crankies efforts to construct a sock puppet and install Penã as mayor.
What now seems to be amazing is leaders of the Flying Harpies and Crankies have been totally mum on social media the morning after the election. Of course, there are a couple diehards who continue to spread the false narrative of what will happen to the city under Mayor Stopfer.
All staff of the CCR can say at this point is: Congratulations Mayor Rick Stopfer…you have saved the city from three disastrous years of a QueenB VD clone. And Stopfer's win does demonstrate integrity, accountability, leadership, qualifications, and honest dedication to the city do count.
