(Backstory clue for the information impaired: Should all the final financial details be worked out and tax payers are not on the hook, as they were with the LCG/Billy Bob deal, the city council will vote on the ARK proposal to build an Entertainment Center on Thursday, July 11, 2013. Will the mayor’s handlers OK her support of this project, or will she still be bleating disingenuous rhetoric in opposition?
