CCR 06-26-15 Vows and Awards

the   Controversial  Committee   Report
“We don’t raise sacred cows...we just butcher them.”

Well, dear readers, if you are wondering why little or nothing has been happening in Irving this week, it seems QueenB VD has been very busy with her personal agendas.

Should you have forgotten, the queen’s agenda always comes before the citizen’s agenda.

And since today was such a landmark day, QueenB VD took full advantage of this momentous and glorious occurrence to do what she has envisioned for years.  The following tweets by Dylan Westie, Executive editor/Part-time wordsmith and Social Media Troll for the CCR, were posted to share what the queen was finally able to accomplish.

On this grand & glorious day, QueenB (Irving mayor) rushes down to Dallas County Clerk's office to marry the one love of her life…herself.

QueenBs (Irving mayor) wedding registry is w/Irving Opportunity Council who accepts only "dark money" cash. Your gift amounts not disclosed.

QueenBs (Irving mayor) lavish wedding reception, by invitation only, will be in Las Vegas and funded by her single source developers.

Remember, all donations to QueenB VDs wedding registry will fund her self-aggrandizing political ambitions and future political desires.

And best wishes to all those who were at the Dallas County Clerk’s office to participate and share in these respectable experiences along with QueenB VD.

Additionally, QueenB VD was busy accepting a specious "award" from the Center for Security Policy.  While scant details were available on a Flying Harpy blog site, the notation was she received a Defender of Freedom Award.  Holy wow!  Defender of Freedom!  Really?

Yes, QueenB VD, as Irving mayor, was somehow "recognized" as defending the freedom of all Irving citizens…singlehandedly.  (Well, maybe with a bit of assistance from her two, true blue Pet Rocks — Brad LaMorgese and Gerald Farris.)

It appears the Center for Security Policy (according to a Google search) is a right-wing TEA sipping group.  One of the activities listed in their "project" list is Shari'ah law.

A review of the web site by staff of the CCR failed to find a reference to QueenB VD receiving this "prestigious award."  Maybe, one of the queen’s Flying Harpies could provide the link to identify where and why the queen was chosen and so honored.  Staff of the CCR could only surmise her "award"  might have had something to do with dividing the city over the inane and ridiculous council resolution supporting State HB 562 with Pet Rock assistance.

And yes, the city was divided over this senseless action on the queen’s part.

Perhaps, there is some organization out there which might confer another "award" on QueenB VD.

We would truly like to see her recognized as "Defending Irving Citizens From the Queen’s Self-serving Agendas."
